We have had our timeshare for approx 20 years. My husband lost his job and later got a new one in Jan 2010.
We do not earn enough money to continue paying Flexi Club. We have tried numerous times to cancel the contract but have been unsuccessful in doing so. We even went to Pinetown but they would not cancel the contract. We sent in the proper documentation according to the contract and we were told we have to pay the following years fees. Two years later we are still paying the fees. We get weekly phone calls and sms's and emails telling us to pay up our outstanding fees, which we have explained we cannot afford to pay.
We have been contacted by the lawyers of Flexi Club insisting we pay and yet they themselves cannot help us to cancel the contract. I have read and heard many other complaints of the same nature about people who are members of this club.
Please Help us to know who to contact and what further steps to take? We cannot take this constant badgering any longer and we do not have the funds available to pay.
