I bought Flexi-Club points in February 2012, after one month thinking about it I send them a letter indicating I want to cancel the transaction then Flexi-Club informed me I can't cancel because the 5day period expired. I have paid an amount of R21 600.00. According to the agreement I would have received proof of my points within 6months and they need to deduct the debit order of R4297.00 on the 1st of April 2012. None of this happened so I paid money but can't cancel the agreement but neither can I use the points. All I want is my refund.
