I booked and paid for a ticket on 8 April between EL and JHB. I was then told that the ticket was not paid and I bought a second ticket because I did not have proof with me. On my arrival in JHB I provided Kulula with the details and after long discussions got a commitment from them to refund my ticket. I phoned the call centre tonight and they indicated that the refund will take 6 - 8 weeks.
This is UNBELIEVABLE!!! Erik Venter, you ROCK!!!
