Just cancell my contract

I joined flexi club on 08 sept 2012. Before my contract was approved i called flexi club not to approve it after noticing that i actually made a mistake. They told me to send an e-mail of cancellation of the contract and i did as told. A month after, i received a call from flexi club that my contract has been approved. after my account has been debited by flexi club i went to the bank to reverse the transect ion. I received a call from flexi that i did not pay my account i still told them that i sent an e-mail to cancel the contract. I was called by Hans Mayer's attorney's threatening me with dept collectors and he gave me the option to pay 1000 rands for 3 months so that my contract can be cancelled. I did as told and paid on march, April and may 2013. But now I'm still receiving calls that i need to settle my payment. please help me out.
