Cancellation Of Contract

Membership Number 548651, My husband and I joined Flexi club in 2009 and every year the levy goes up quiet substantially. It is almost impossible for us to keep these yearly payments. Each and every year we have been making special arrangement to settle our levies. My husband is currently not working and is difficult for us to pay the fees. I have managed to settle the 2013 annual fees and I want to cancel the membership as we cannot afford anymore.
I have called flexi-club and had asked to cancel and was told that I can't cancel.
I have been in communication with Flexi club to request cancellation of my contract, The people at Flexi Club simply transfer you to the next person and nobody wants to take responsibility.
The last person that I spoke to told me that I must sell my points privately. I contacted the companies that sell the points but I was told that I must put in the deposit to secure my sales which I don't have it. I went through my contract and to my surprise it doesn't say anything about selling the points if you want to cancel.
