The Wits Varsity Cup team returned from Cape Town after their last game. Mango left all their bags behind, giving enough time to dig through the bags and various items out of the boy's bags! My son had just purchased a R1000 pair of Reebok trainers the week before with his hard saved student pay. These shoes got out of the bag with 2 locks on it, we have realised that they fiddled their way through the zipper attachment, and then put it back on, without even having to open the locks!! Mango have a "policy" which conveniently only pays R140/kg for lost goods! These were not lost!!! So they have paid out a mere R140 in compensation for his shoes!!! A disgrace, they leave the bags behind and we must now be compromised!!! Any why am I not surprised that they are a company that 'doesnt respond', being linked to SAA, which ultimately is part of government, a sad state of affairs this whole country is in!! No one takes responsibility for anything, they put dumb systems in place and then hide behind them as they are too useless to do anything about this thieving at airports which just keeps going on and on!! WIll make people aware of how you don't do business!!
