I would just like to know what type of people are employed by Mango. My daughter returned from Durban yesterday, just to find that her bags were tampered with and that goods were from her luggage. Absolutely pathetic. We have traveled with other airlines before and have never experienced this before. ACSA should really have their staff checked out before employing them. Your clients are at risk here and you stand a chance of loosing business.
