I made a booking online which requested my credit card details to complete the booking. The money was deducted from my account immediately. I then receive an email the following day saying that the booking could not be fulfilled and if other options are required. This is a misrepresentation to clients. Processing payment implies everything is finalised. There is no mention on the website that availability needs to be checked. The worst of it all is the bad attitude of Carmyn, a consultant. I've dealt with over 8 agents or so in the last month and she has been totally useless and unhelpful. Didn't even try to assist me, the client. Attitude was almost as if You use our services or not.

Cobus then dealt with my issue however no proper explanation for the poor website was given. In my opinion they are in contravention of the CPA. I insisted that my refund be processed immediately, which he said he had done but I wait to see.

I will not use this Travel agent due to their lack of customer service and misrepresentation to clients.
