The on-line check-in staff tagged our bags with another name and destination. We arrived back
home in Johannesburg at 13:20 only to discover that our bags had landed in King Shaka
International, the baggage assistant at O.R. Tambo was apologetic and promised us we would have
our bags on the same day. The bags were dropped off by two gentlemen, dressed very casually and
driving a Toyota Tazz around 18:50.
I signed the delivery documentation, showed the gentlemen out and checked my luggage,
immediately I knew that someone had attempted to access my luggage contents, to no avail. I
advised my partner to check her bag, to which we were both devastatingly saddened to find none of
her birthday gifts.
I phoned your Lost and Found department the same night, the 12th of January 2014 around 19:00 to
report the, I was told that a manager would call me back sometime on the 13th of January
2014. I still haven't heard a squeak from any representative of Mango Airlines. I sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] same story! I've tried calling Mango, with no success!

I want to know what Mango suggest we do about this.
