I booked online on the website of Out of africa village for one evening stay, the booking system allowed me to make the reservation and I received an email confirming the reservation. I have also entered my credit card details on their system to pay and confirm the booking. About 35 minutes later, I received an email from Kailyn Vosloo, that I am not allowed to make a reservation for just one evening. Even though they never processed the payment on my credit card, I have booked other activities in the area after receiving the confirmation of booking. It is now my fault and my problem that their booking system does not work properly? I did email the lodge back to enquire if they cannot assist and they refused.
