Hi,
I'm a ongoing John Dory's customer, I phoned to make a reservation and Jacques the Manager on duty turned down the reservation.
He explained that he can not take any reservations as he needs tables for walk-in customers.
This is the first time that this has happened to me as I normally reserve a table for 8 to 10 people at a time.
I feel that Jacques is defeating the purpose of making a reservation for definite customers.
