BAD BAD RESPONSE TIME

I complete a online reservation request in the beginning of Jan 2014... I waited a hole month for Forever REsorts to get back to me just to tell me they are fully booked. and still have the nerve to tell me I MUST keep on call to see if there is any cancellations... To with it!! imagine after a month... Joanne forward my email to Emily (the manager) still didn't get a response clearly this is not important...
