Sanparks not responding to email query

I try to always book online for Kruger at Sanparks, however sometimes I don't have my Credit Card with me and then I will send an email to [Email Removed] as it states on their website as being a reservation method.

Yesterday was probably the 3rd time in a year that I emailed them and I never get a reply. The previous two times I literally got zero reply whatsoever.

What is the point of this reservation method?? We can't always make a credit card payment and then need to do EFT and if that is the case we can only book via email or phone, if nobody replies, what are we to do?
