So i logged in on the 31st March to use my miles that is going to expire that evening at 12...
Just to find the miles was already expired... I sent a mail and also phoned my mail never answered and my call the lady said they have a turnaround time on email of 17 working days and that she can't help me i must phone when the 17 working days is finished unbelievable!!! And she also confirmed that the miles was only to expire at 12 in the evening on the 31st March... i emailed a just after trying to use my miles. Voyager miles is nonsense just a gimic to get customers... Can't believe they expire something that you spend so much time to generate unacceptable!
Will be closing my voyager credit card very soon what a waste of money!
