I have given the Holiday Club a mandate to deduct their annual fees from my account by debit order. At the beginning of the year (2013) they called to inform me that I had an outstanding amount towards my annual fees. I queried this (still am) as I they have the mandate to debit my account monthly. I got told by one of their service agents that they omitted to hike my premiums and as a result I have to pay the outstanding amount. Additionally and early this week I spoke to Caroline who conformed that the error occurred as they had a system upgrade and my name was not included when they informed other members about the price hike. My gripe is why should their mistake cost me? To date they have not sent me a letter informing me of the price hike which means that I will have a recurring outstanding amount till this matter is sorted.
