Bad attitude towards clientel

We phoned in to make a reservation for a weekend. We spoke to Jenny who gave us an email address to confirm the booking. The email address supplied did not respond twice so we phoned in to confirm email address upon which Jenny got blasted out the email address in an ubrupt manner. I sent an email explaining that this is not the way to handle a client. the response was the we are to touchy which was followed up with the coments that we are "menstruating and need to get well poppie" if this is the way prospective clients are treated it is no wonder South Africa gets a bad name because of these types of people. I certainly will not recomend these people to any one what so ever.
