Dear Mr Higgs
Thank you for contacting Flexi Holiday Club.
We would like to advise you that should you wish to cancel your membership you will need to settle the 2013 fees before we can prepare your file for cancellation. We do confirm that you are a member with the club for more than 5 years and that your Capital Account is paid up in full. Once the payment for the Annual Fees is paid we will prepare the file and submit it to the Trustees for approval. The outstanding amount is R 7919.41. We will give you a 5% discount should the full payment be made before the 31 November 2012. The amount will then be R7523.44. Kindly note, that you will still be able to use your membership till the 31 December 2013 to make use of all the Points and the Holiday Savings.
