On the 16 July 2012 I wrote an e-mail to Ronelle "Hi Ronelle I have not requested Smart Vacations Rental to deduct money (R699) for this year yet I was notified that you did." Ronelle indcated that she was not dealing with deductions. Nobody at Smart Rentals Vacation cared to attend to my complaint. on the 02 April 2013 another R699 debit went through in my bank account and I sent an urgent e-mail to Sarika Somai about this and requested two things 1) To refund all monies debited in my bank account without my prior approval 2) To terminate my membership with Smart Vacations Rental with immediate effect. She indicated to me that company Directors would meet on a certain Friday and authorize cancellations and refunds but that has not come my way since raised my complaint in July 2012. It is unfortunate that a company of such stature would not take interest of the client first but money from the client is a priority. I need refund of my unauthorized debits as I am under severe financial constraint. Thank you.
