POOR SERVICE - IRRESPONSIBILITY TO THE CONSUMER

I logged this complaint 28Nov13 - and was told by FNB that they are looking into it. Well, guess what - same problem no call back.
I opened an account last year (2012) a smart account and I requested by finance charges to be deducted on the last day of every month. But since the inception date, the finance charge on my smart account has been deducted on the 20th of every month. I would assume that his date has been used because I used to get paid on this date and with my credit card this date was selected. Since then, I have incurred debit interest every month because I do not have sufficient funds in the account on the 20th (selected by the bank and on not me) when the finance charge get collected from my account by the bank. This has been the case since date of inception. I have been to the branch and called in in april 2012 in strand branch regarding this as well as the fact that I logged a complaint again on 18.04.2013 with reference number RV13041834256 and I requested again that the finance charge on the smart account must be deducted on the last day of the month. I would just like to know why it is so difficult to change my deduction date and I would like to know what happens
