I took out a contract with Smart Vacation and we recently were forced to purchase a car. I have asked Temlyn to cancel my subscription and now her emails are bouncing back and i cannot get hold of her. My account was debited after requesting a cancellation. I have a car installment to pay and cannot afford the R150 any longer.
Have they just disappeared or fail to attend to me because i have cancelled???
what can i do???
