I subscribed to Smart vacation in 2011 March and agreed to a fee of R999 and i was promised cheaper accommodation and convenience. This i never got as i always found cheaper options sooner than them. So they were useless to me. 2012 again they put through a debit order which i disputed and they said i need to give them notice that i am cancelling my subscription. This i faxed through to Leonie as she insisted it must be signed.
To my surprise this year once again they have accessed my account and debited the amount. I have demanded my money back but they claim i never cancelled the subscription. I was informed that Leonie deals with complaints. She is never available on the phone. When i emailed she sent it through to Sarika Somai who also is not available on the phone.
