I am complaining about a FNB smart device facility that I have. FNB only offers one smart device per client, but I have two listed on my account profile.
I did an initial query on the 21 May 2013 and notified FNB of this error. I was told that they will attend to it and that any payments made on the second incorrect account will be reimbursed. I was also told that I don't need to worry as no monies have gone off my account.
That being said, this morning I checked my account and contrary to the information I got from the service adviser, I was debited today for both facilities. I told FNB not to do this and that I expect all incorrect debits to be refunded with interest. FNB your processes or lack thereof is costing me monies. This is not acceptable and I expect a full refund with interest ASAP! Also, please remove the second device from my profile.
