NOT TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY on Flysaa

I logged on to Flysaa to book a flight to CPT on 4 Oct 2013. The website offers a list of flights and times for the day. I fly on a weekly basis to JHB and when I select an option I look at the price and then proceed to payment.
I ONLY realised I booked a Mango flight.
I then called 0861359722 and was placed on hold for 10:42minutes. I hung up and called again repeating my query and placed on hold for 8mnutes. called and hung u again and spoke to buyi who says I booked the flight with mango and she cant help me!
BUT I BOOKED and PAID on SAA's website!
I want a refund. I DONT FLY on MANGO.
SAA is misleading customers and not treating us fairly.
BRITISH AIRWAYS do not disguise KULULA flights as SAA does with Mango.
KULULA highlights the flights in BA and KULULA icons.
SAA has a small print which WE DONT EVEN NOTICE until we realise we cant check in online and only told so when we get to the airport!
I want to be changed to the SA express flight earlier that day - and they said no.
I asked for a refund and they said I will only get airport taxes back!
I want my full amount refunded so that I can book a BA flight and know its a GENUINE BA flight and not being frdefrauded like SSA
