I have been in contact with SAA CALL centres and sent numerous emails to have no feedback what so ever for months now on one points that were only awarded for a trip to an destination and not back and then they have the ordasity to tell me I need to send the boarding passes to them via registered post. then I purchase my wife a trip to a spa with my voyager points and when I tried to redeem it the voucher is not valid on the sa spas website, and thet would not get back to me about a refund. I would expect much bettet from a international airline and my company specifically chooses them for flights to our customers around the world however I am going to ne requesting a change...
