Same story as the hundreds listed below. Where are my miles? Between Jul-Nov 2012 I took over 20 flights with Qantas, an SAA partner. But I've only been credited with 3 flights.
Put voyager nbr in booking, showed voyager card at check-in. But nothing. Usual story.
Sent Help request via their website. No response. Usual story.
Called them: told to post boarding passes via registered mail. Usual story.
Now SAA does not respond to complaints on this website, so I certainly dont expect them to furnish me with as much as a grunt. But would just like to add my 5 cents worth for meagre personal satisfaction. Keep up the great works guys. You must be so proud. World-class airli... Oh, end enjoy the ride!
PS: I fly to the US 6 times a year on KLM/Delta. Guess what? I give them my KL/DL frequent flyer nbr once and they credit me with all of my flights. I swear it's true. And they give me bonus miles! And they give me free upgrades! Oh yes - their miles are valid for life!
Keep up the sterling work SAA Voyager. You set an example that is difficult to surpass. Please hire a head of Customer Service cos there clearly aint one in your company.
