I bought a bus ticket from Bushbuckridge to JHB, when we got Hazyview we had to change buses, the other bus was already full and so we had to get off into another one, which was going to Springs. The last time I booked city to City the bus was full too and people with tickets had to go back home or take taxis. It wastes our time!!! Now on the way the driver stops anywhere because there are random tuckshops along the way, don't buses stop at designated stops??? We are about an hour late now and I am connecting buses in JHB. This is not how PAYING customers should be treated!!! Also its raining and the bus is leaking, we have amburellas open in here
