Promises, promises

I called RCI on Wed 9 Jan to enquire about and sms reflecting points. Mosi confirmed points, asked me why I did not go online. Simple, RCI online is very user unfriendly! I then asked her how many points I would need to add another chalet to my break from1st March. All sorted out with points but I told her I had to speak to my sister first. Mosi then advised she was off on Thurs but would call Fri. It is not Tues and not a single call from Mosi so I called RCI to speak to her. Got James. Usual security questions which I had to answer AGAIN. Told him I wanted to speak to Mosi as she already had all details and I was not going to repeat everything again. James said she was not in and may not be in. I asked that he leave a message, I am tired of repeating myself with RCI. He then proceeded to waste my time for a further 10 mins. Let me scream this out for those who do not understand I WANT TO SPEAK TO MOSI, SHE HAS ALL THE DETAILS AND REALLY SHOULD FOLLOW UP ON HER PROMISES. I can play the same game, no further details will be given, IF MOSI PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK SHE SHOULD BE ABLE TO FOLLOW UP ON A SIMPLE PROMISE. STILL WAITING OF COURSE - what else can we expect from RCI
