LOYALTY PROGRAM - POINTS DISPUTE

I opened an Edgars account in 2012, shortly whereafter I made a purchase of just over R1000 on my new account. According to the Thank You program brochure, available on the Edgards website, you are supposed to get 15 points for each R1 you spend (regular Thank You card holders only get 10 points per R1, account holders get more) - which would mean I would get 15 000 points for my first purchase. I did not receive these points.
Also - in the brochure it indicated that if you elect to get your statement via email you get 3000 bonus points (once off). If you update your details online and submit your email address you get another 5000 and 3000 for your cell no (once a year). That's another 11 000 points I did not receive, bringing the total to 26 000.
I have alerted them to this fact numerous times - but I am told that I am incorrect, you do not get that much points (although I have the brochure open infront of me). Every time someone phones me, they ask the same question and I have to explain the whole story over every time. Please fix this once and for all, I am tired of repeating myself.
