NO NOTIFICATION OF DELAYED FLIGHT

BOOKING REF: 3TOIL5. We were scheduled to depart at 18:05 on 01/04. We did a pre-check in and arrived at the airport well on time. Upon our arrival we were informed that the flight would be delayed. The delay was just enough to cause us to miss the Gautrain in JHB. NO COMMUNICATION was sent to us regarding the delay, even though it is clear that BA was well aware of the delay hours before. As such we are sitting with money on our Gautrain gold cards that will not be used and we had to organise alternative transport when arriving in JHB. We were seated in 5A & B. There was no in flight magazine at 5B and the tray was not cleaned. We expected better service from Comair.
