I received the message below at 8.30am today. have been trying all day to make contact on number provided but only get a message telling me about their office hours of 7am to 9pm Mo0nday to Sunday and then the pnone hunges up. My call count is now 13. It is clear that the office is NOT open as per the message however I cannot establish anything about this delayed flight as they are not answering their phones.
