Dear Holiday Club
Since when do points expire after 2 years? as I did discuss the points that were going to expire (2) with one of your Staff members. On enquiery I was informed it must be a programming error. But as always even following up by email I got no response back from you. I would appreciate your confirmation on receipt of this email and the speedy resolution of my missing points (17). I am starting to believe that the Holiday Club is a and a slenter taking people's money but rendering no service in return.
Above an extract from my email to the Holiday club. As with all my previous emails no response and frankly i don think I am going to get one from them on this one either.
They are quick to want to sell you upgrades and change the rules of the egagement but they are the only people on the winning side.
