I made the biggest mistake of signing up with The Holiday Club, but I cancelled my membership within 5 days of signing up and requested a refund. The money that The Holiday Club owes me is R4632. I contacted the organization through the following channels within 5 days of signing the contract:
1. E-mails to [Email Removed] [Email Removed]
2. Fax to The Holiday Club
3. I also sent registered mail to The Holiday Club
I have not received my refund. Seems to me that The Holiday club is not honest in how it conducts its business. I am very upset
