Vacation Management Services are administering my timeshare at Kiara Lodge.
On 11 Feb 2013 at 21:46 PM I requested by e-mail (to [Email Removed] that my timeshare be transferred to my son and that VMS must tell me what the process is.By 25 Feb 2013 I have had no response and called them at 14:18 PM. After being transferred a few times I ended up talking to a very helpful lady who could not help me but took my number and promised to get someone to call me back. Nobody called back and on 2 March 2013 at 10:37 AM I forwarded my original e-mail to all 3 their listed e-mail addresses [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] in the hope of getting some response. It is now 19 March 2013, 18:50 PM and I still have not had any response. I really want to know what I need to do to get this simple transaction completed.
