I would like to know, what I would need to do to update the following:
1) I had taken out the dependant on my medical aid over 2 years ago and yet the details still appear on my membership. Why is this the case and what can I do to have these details removed from my membership and online details as well?
2) How do I update my marital status to single as I am not married

This was my query which I sent through on Monday and as until now have not received an answer to my query. The first time, they had sent through a reply saying that I did not send through my membership number. Which is fine, and I replied immediately. I then get another response the next day saying that my membership number was sent but my original query was not sent through. And get this, in that exact email which they sent through to me was a pdf attachment of an email trail of the correspondence that I had with the customer services department which included the original query. This now just seems like pure laziness from them in answering my query. I have now resorted to Hellopeter to raise a complaint because that now seems like the only way I will receive a proper response to a simple enquiry.
