Flight delayed by 3 hours

On the 16-03-2013 i booked a flight with [URL Removed] The flight was from OR Tambo to CPT
Departure time was meant to be 21:10
Out of curiosity, on the 20-03-2013, i checked the flight details online and it was delayed by 30min
then again when booking in online, on the 21-03-2013 at 20h00, the delay had been increased and the departure time was now 23:55
due to all the delay times being different i went to the airport to confirm the correct times and was told the delays were a major problem and it was due to their "systems being down"
while waiting for the flight kulula made no effort to ensure that the clients were comfortable or did they attempt to assist me in anyway with sum sort of compensation for the inconvenience not even a coffee was offered.
After waiting for the 3 hours, we then changed the boarding gate from C13 to C9.
Once on the plane there was a further delay due to the systems still being down they had to complete the check in manually and do a physical head count...
further more i did not get the seat i booked
I feel that was a major delay and inconvenience as the person that had to pick me up at the airport in CPT had to stay up and I incurred extra costs
