My 21:25 flight to Durban from Lanseria is delayed yet again by over 2 hours. what I don't appreciate is staff members like victor being rude to us customers. on top of that I have missed my party tonight because of the delay. Kulula staff have promised us food but we are still waiting. this is so rude by the airline.
we have been told that there is a technical problem with the plane.
bad customer service from Kulula. really not right. they don't care about us!!!
