I arrived at the bus station at 18:00 and the bus departed at 18:20 and the services number on the bus and on my ticket did not correspond. I was told that i should have gone to check on the windscreen of the bus the print out with destinations pasted there. I tried to talk to the Station's Operation Officer and the drivers that were there. They ignored me, and when another CITY TO CITY bus arrived later on the drivers in that bus said i must pay for another ticket without even checking my ticket is valid or not. When i called the company asking for a refund they said i should have asked the drivers to board me in one of their buses. This is broad day light and they are covering for each other.
