I booked a bus online, than the bus dalayed I went online to chech mt ticket and my ticket was cancelled, I called then and they never told me why is my ticket cancelld the only thing they tald is that when the got here I must call them cause the drivers won't let me in, they bus got here after 22:00 and when I call them no one picked up the phone and its was very cold and raining, and the bus left me there. they told me I'm not on the list, so they won't let me in, that's a very bed service this was my reference number LWE507, if this is how you service owe people please fix it. I got help from intercape. Thanks intercape.
