I got to the station at 17.35.At the office as I printed my ticket I was told the bus was still there and my friend stood in line for me. I was told my ticket had been cancelled, finally he printed my ticket at 17.48.I then went to join my friend, at the front I was told the bus left at 17.45 A guy at the check in point said he wouldn't help us becoz we were late (3 passengers) so I went to the office where i was helped by Lucas (i think) who after some time told us the bus would wait for us in Grasmeer and gave us the drivers number. As we got to Grasmeer, the driver (Lusapo) told me that he didnt stop there and he never said he would stop there. I then rushed to Kroonvaal where I caught up with the bus. Thanking the drivers my friend tried to hug the other guy and he said to you, dnt try that with me". In Bloem I wanted to buy a drink as I emotionally and physically drained after chasing the bus, the same guy who swore at my friend started shouting at me that I was impossible.i ignored him and went on.1.Why print the ticket if bus is gone? 2.Why was there a JHB-PE 17.45 sign if the bus had left? 3.why were we told to go to Grasmeer? 4.why swear at my friend? 5.why humiliate me in Bloem?
