Need Refund - No Service Provided

Hello there,

- I booked a ticket for my better half to go back to Zim on Sat 4Jan 2013, advised the lady I need to book for Sun 5th so she would arrive Mon 6th.

Ticket Number: 0401143315TE968. Name Farai Nhloko, Passport Number CN913020. Route # 3315 IS

- The lady asked me to confirm details and I did confirm but the date and place she would board from was wrong so she "mentioned verbally " she would make a note on that since it had wrong date (the ticket dated Sat 4Jan 4pm instead of Sun 5 and boarding from PTA instead of Midrand)

-Sunday I left my better half at the PTA station at 4pm, only to be told they would go to JHB and back to PTA then Zim so they had to wait till 7pm.

-They left JHB at 730 and she was told to get off the bus in PTA around 830, the drivers told her if she wanted to lie & deal they would do that only at the border and mentioned more bitter words to her.

- She ended up going to the police who brought her back to my place around 12am.

- I had to look for a quick solution yesterday so I booked Citiliner at BJs in Midrand as she was suppose to start work yesterday.

-All I require is my full refund of R950 I paid for, she left the ticket with me.
