I made an online query and was informed electronically that a consultant will get in contact with me. The next day I received a call from Martjie Weidemann who carefully listened to my needs and sent me three different quotes the very same day. We went through a few days of back and forth and this is because of the extensive information and prices I requested and I finally made an informed decision. At no time through the process was Martjie condesending or patronising as she very well knew that in some instances the quotes in line with my request were way above my costs planning. There was however one instance where she reached a compromise with the supplier to ensure that I received my request. She is very knowledgeable and in one instance where she did not know she made additional enquiries. I appreciated her honesty. The on line Flight Centre website is user friendly and where site could not assist they promised to call back and to my delight it was Martjie. I have travelled extensively and this has been one of my best experiences with a travel agent and Flight Centre. I look forward to my all inclusive trip to Atlanta and Mexico, Cancun in May 2013.
