Dec holiday. We went to visit the flight centre in the Nicolway to request a quote and get some info on the destinations that we would like to travel to. When speaking to the consultant "Manager"that not only has a bad attitude but no idea how to speak to customers as he was abrupt unhelpful and provided us with no brochures or even any insight, this kind of service is unacceptable as we felt as if he was very judgemental, rude and full of himself and made stupid comments on how expensive the tickets were, Surely flight centre should look as hiring consultants that actually want to sell the tickets and not discourage customers not only did i find this highly inappropriate but very annoying as at the end of the day he does not know what I have in my bank account or the fact that my boyfriend is actually a CEO of a huge company, just because we might look young does not mean we cannot afford our trip. After the service we never got a quote. Eventually now that 2 weeks were wasted we went to Appletons flight centre to try and get a quote, booklets to date we have gotten nothing, and unfortunately we have a gift card so we are forced to book with flight centre! disappointment
