On 30 October I entered Flight Centre Melrose Arch and consulted with Jared Chait. I provided him with a suggested itinerary for my December holiday and my contact details. He promised to get me some quotes and get back to me, however he then decided to completely ignore me. He never got back to me despite a number of emails and messages left for him. I have now booked my holiday through a different travel agent
If you do decide to use the services of Flight Centre Melrose Arch then I suggest that you avoid Jared Chait, unless you like being IGNORED!
i have booked a number of holidays through Flight Centre Melrose Arch, however will not be doing so again due the poor service received.
