We have been a member for 10 years and service has been bad for the all 10 years.
They never seem to have availability. They told me where there was availability and when I look on the Internet there was nothing. They told me to look on the Internet, they wound pick up the phone to call you. You also always have to have alternative places or dates, you have to book according to them and how it suits them. This is pathetic if you ask me.
