DONT USE FLIGHT CENTRE - NO CUSTOMER CARE

WHAT DISGUSTING SERVICE

I IMPLORE YOU - DON'T USE FLIGHT CENTRE - WHERE THE CLIENT DOESN'T COUNT!!!

It's been over 9 months since I made an overseas booking through Flight Centre in Atholl. On my flight out to South America I, and my Daughter, were downgraded from Business Class to Economy, despite having paid full Business fare.

It took Flight Centre more than 3 months to even get me a response as to how much my refund was to be, and it is now 9 months down the line and I HAVE STILL ONLY RECEIVED 2 thirds of the refund I was promised. I have furthermore had to spend a furthe R 5 000 on legal fees to try and get refunded.

On calling FLight Centre this morning to find out where the balance of my refund is I was spoke to extremely rudely by the travel agent, Bianca Rothschild, who made out as though the whole affair is my fault.

DISGUSTING - DON'T USE FLIGHT CENTRE.
