No response... NO SURPRISE!

After promising me on 06 March 2013 that the call centre will contact me, NOTHING has happened.
No one contacted me, no one took the time to find out if anyone contacted me and I am still waiting for the invoice I requested. Really, can it take 4-6 weeks to reprint an invoice for a client?? Nonsense. Kulula is quick to take bookings and accept money but when it comes to customer service afterwards, they are absolutely pathetic.
