I booked a return flight for 2 online and paid via my credit card. After the payment I got a message that stated that the booking did not go through, although the money was deducted from my account.
I contacted Kulula the very next morning, 7 am sharp to find out what was going on. There was some technical error, but Zano sorted it out in no time and contacted the bank as well to confirm the transaction. I am very satisfied with the efficient service and friendly support. I use Kulula often, and plan to do so in the future. Keep up the good work!
