Kulula going backwards

The website says they have changed the way they accept payments to make it easier for everyone. HOGWASH. Checkers would not accept my payment. Kulula would not accept my debit card and I couldn't do an eft. In despiration I called the helpdesk who said I must just go and book and pay cash at the airport, without a confirmed booking? Asked her what if there were no available seats and she as much as said well tough!
So I waste time and petrol!!! Way to go Kulula. Pathetic
