I have made bookings with Kulula for a return flight from Lanseria to Durban and back. I have requested to Kulula to make details changes from one person to another. apparently according to their terms and conditions this is not possible, instead I was told I will forfeit the money and since my ticket is non refundable I will have to pay again to make another booking but otherwise they will not help me to change passenger details. I don't need a refund I'm merely asking to change details from one person to another. I have never travelled through Kulula and I don't believe I will ever neither will I recommend it to anyone. Terms and conditions can be changed to accommodate the customer instead of them being to their advantage only.
