Really dissapointing service from Europca

I booked a car on 21 April from Europcar via Kulula for 27-28 April. A quote was received on the 21st from Kulula providing a breakdown of costs inclusive of the admin fee etc. Confirmation was received from Europcar on 21 April acknowledging the booking. Car was collected, driven, refuelled and dropped off withing 24 hrs on 27-28 April. Invoice received from Europ car (22701324) 29 April charging for 2 days instead of 1, with a daily rate higher than quoted by Kulula. I sent a email on 29 April to Europcar to query the invoice, also attached the original quote from Kulula. Automated response received stating that they will respond in 3-5 working days.
By 6 May still no response. I contacted them telephonically explaining the query. I was assured that they will look into it and was promised someone will call me with feedback. Also received a email with reference number to the call. No call or explanation, but only an credit invoice on 10 May. After no resolution as to why there was a difference between the amount originally quoted and the corrected invoice, I decided to phone and follow up once again on 22 May. Again no apology, but instead a rude debtor not wiling to sympathise!
